What we can help with
You do not need to know the exact volume or value before getting in touch. Begin with the property, the situation and your preferred timing.

The independent provider remains responsible for assessing the job, agreeing the price and completing the work. KindClear helps make the first conversation more useful.
Share the postcode, property type, approximate rooms, access and anything unusual.
We check whether it fits the areas and services covered by an available independent provider.
They ask any further questions, arrange a visit if needed and provide their own quotation.
Any contract and payment for clearance work is directly between you and the chosen provider.
Before everything is removed
Families can understandably be unsure what has value and what does not. KindClear encourages that conversation to happen before a clearance—not after the van has left.
Auction or resale value is never guaranteed. Condition, demand, transport and selling costs all matter.
Set aside anything that may warrant a specialist opinion.
Discuss appropriate resale or donation routes where available.
Use a properly registered provider for remaining household waste.
A more honest answer on cost
These are the details most likely to affect a provider’s quotation:
Local information
KindClear focuses on Beccles, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Gorleston, together with nearby villages across the Waveney area. Availability is confirmed before any customer details are shared.
Coverage is confirmed for each enquiry before details are shared.
Why this project exists
KindClear was created by Frankie, drawing on previous work around removals and selling furniture, along with long-standing conversations with clearance operators and local auction contacts.
The aim is simple: create better-informed enquiries, be honest about the referral relationship and help customers ask the important questions before choosing a provider.
Questions worth asking
No. KindClear is a local advertising and referral service. We pass suitable enquiries to independent clearance providers, who discuss the work, provide the quotation and contract with you directly.
It normally depends on the amount to remove, labour, access, stairs, parking, disposal costs and unusual or hazardous items. Photographs can help with an initial conversation, but a provider may need to visit before confirming a price.
Possibly, but saleable value should never be assumed. If you believe there may be worthwhile furniture, collectables or other items, mention this when enquiring so valuation options can be discussed before anything is removed.
A private house-clearance provider taking household waste should hold a current upper-tier waste-carrier registration. Ask for the provider's registration number and check it on the Environment Agency public register before work begins.
Prepare before you call
Property type, approximate rooms, access, timing and photographs can help an independent provider understand what needs assessing.
