Frankie's relevant background
Frankie has spent years speaking with local clearance operators and previously worked alongside a removals company called Hamiltons, selling furniture connected with that work. Those experiences created an interest in the point where removals, clearance, second-hand furniture and auctions meet.
He also knows local clearance contacts and auction professionals in the wider area. These relationships are potential sources of knowledge and referrals; they are not advertised as formal KindClear partnerships until each person agrees.
What KindClear is
KindClear is a local information, advertising and enquiry-introduction website. It helps customers understand and describe a property-clearance enquiry and may introduce that enquiry to an independent provider working in the relevant area.
The provider decides whether it can take the job, supplies its own quotation, enters into the clearance contract and receives payment directly from the customer.
What KindClear is not
KindClear does not currently employ clearance crews, own clearance vehicles, transport waste, value probate estates or operate an auction house. It must not imply that a partner's work, reviews, licences or history belong to KindClear.
The regulatory position of forwarding and charging for enquiries is being put to the Environment Agency before live operation.
The standard the site is aiming for
The aim is to replace vague promises with useful questions: Who is taking the waste? What is included in the quote? What happens to personal papers? Has anything potentially saleable been assessed? What record is supplied when the work is finished?
Answers will be attributed to the provider that gives them. Where an answer has not yet been confirmed, the site will say so rather than filling the gap with generic marketing language.
